To avail the concession given by the Court to dispose of the bail petition on the same day of presentation, the petitioner herein should have complied the order within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner has received the order copy on 28.03.2024 but had not furnished surety within a period of two weeks. Now, by way of this petition, seeks extension of time.

2. This Court finds that this petition for extension of time is not filed within a period granted but nearly after 1 1⁄2 months from the expiry of period granted by this Court. Therefore, this Court finds no genuineness in this petition.
