ORDER
The writ petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to settle the terminal benefits to the petitioner with interest for belated payment within a time frame.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2020 and pass orders within the time fixed by this Court.
3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition as well as submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to
consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2020 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
