IN CRIME NO.85/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners to appear before the Respondent Police at 10.30 a.m., every day until further orders, by its order dated 09.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.6759 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T. PADMANABHAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 09.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6759 of 2021.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Crl side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner has not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the Government Advocate (Crl side) that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
