(CRIME NO.844/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 24.06.2021 passed in the above Crl.O.P.No.10836/2021 to deposit Rs.20,000/- instead of Rs.1,00,000/- and pass such further or other as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.8 Clause (b) of the order dated 24.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10836 of 2021 in relation to the non-refundable deposit of Rs.1,00,000/-.
2. This Court vide order dated 24.06.2021 in Crl.OP.No.10836 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused, imposed the aforesaid conditions.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner is that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and he further seeks that the above condition may be modified and the petitioner may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- .

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner on his own volition had agreed before this court that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. Now, he is seeking for the present modification which is not sustainable. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
