The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in Crime No.3 of 2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police, T-15, SRMC Police Station, Porur and quash the same.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would contend that the final report has been filed in C.C.No.115 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate No. I, Poonamallee and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, this petition is dismissed.
