Based upon prolonged possession, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 10.02.2013 followed by another representation on 31.08.2015 seeking issuance of patta. On their non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that such an order shall be passed either by the respondent himself or by directing a subordinate official to complete the said exercise.
