ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 25.06.2021 passed in WP.No.15056 of 2020.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up for consideratin, Mr.Vasudevan, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that owing to administrative reasons, the respondent company has not proceeded with the Tender notice bearing No.1666 dated 19.07.2020 and the same was cancelled subsequently. He also stated that further processes connected to the said tender will be strictly in accordance with the directions of this Court dated 25.06.2021. The learned counsel further submitted that the respondent company has now, issued Tender Notice No.1706 dated 18.01.2022, for electrical maintenance contract of UTIITSL, Hyderabad and it is open to the petitioner to particiapate in the same,if they so desire.

3. The aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents have been fairly agreed upon by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/3

4.Recording such submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
