(CR.NO.7 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No. 9052 of 2021, dated 18/06/2021 for depositing amount of Rs.25/- Lakhs to the credit of the above said Cr.NO. 7 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 18.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.9052 of 2021, dated 18.06.2021 for depositing amount of Rs.25/- Lakhs to the credit of the above said Cr.No.7 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners for depositing amount of Rs.25/- Lakhs to the credit of the above said Cr.No.7 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. All other conditions remain unaltered.
