Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari calling for the records in respect of the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka. No.625/2011/Ve.Ma3 dated 16.2.2015 and quash the same.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court as and when any further cause of action arises and has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under: " The petitioner withdrawing the W.P. with liberty to approach as and when any further cause of action arising regarding the buildings of the petitioner college."
In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised, under the provisions of law. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
