This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed respondents 9 to 11 herein as legal representative of deceased 8th respondent in the above appeal in A.S.No.571 of 2013.

2. Mr.V.Sivakumar, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 8th respondent died on 20.08.2020. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, the above petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 8th respondent are impleaded as respondents 9 to 11 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Issue notice to newly added respondents 9 to 11 through court returnable by 26.09.2023. Private notice is also permitted.

5. The learned counsel for appellants is directed to pay batta for newly added respondents within 3 days.
