The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC, in Crime No.not known, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the enquiry is pending against the petitioner and if the petitioner cooperates with the enquiry, the enquiry will be completed within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to cooperate with the enquiry without any deviation and on such cooperation, there shall be no coercive steps by the respondent police till the completion of the investigation.
