ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No. 5203 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner was granted bail on 11.03.2020 and after executing sureties, he reported before the respondent police for more than 30 days morning and evening, hence, seeks modification of the aforesaid condition.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.5203 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020 is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
