O R D E R
The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to correct the dates and year of the 1st and 2nd year marksheets and to include the third-year marks and issue a fresh consolidated marksheet to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner enrolled in a BBA course in July 2018, was assigned a registration number, and successfully completed the program in May 2022. However, he asserts that he did not receive his marksheets for the first and second years. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a grievance form to the 4th respondent, but no action was taken. Eventually, he received a consolidated marksheet, but it contained errors, incorrectly listing the examination dates as April 2021 and April 2022 and also failing to include his third-year marks. Additionally, he identified multiple discrepancies in the marksheet, particularly regarding the 2/6
year of passing the second-year examination. The petitioner sent a representation on 08.11.2022, which was disregarded by the respondents. Subsequently, he issued a legal notice on 14.05.2024, which was received on 20.05.2024, yet no corrective measures were taken. On 27.08.2024, he was provided with an incomplete consolidated marksheet that contained incorrect examination results and omitted his third-year results. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents is not sure about the receipt of the petitioner's representation. However, the petitioner herein had submitted the acknowledgement card dated 20.05.2024.
4. This Court has given anxious consideration to either side submissions and perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the same, it is amply clear that the representation is pending with the respondents for quite a long time. Whenever any representation comes from the individual, it is the bounden duty on the part of the authority concerned to consider the same according to its own merits and in accordance with law. Since the respondents have not considered the 3/6
petitioner's representation, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2022 and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order according to its own merits and in accordance with law.
6. In the result, this writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
