Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for Chennai Corporation.

2. The petitioner's allegation is that the respondents 8 to 10 have encroached a street and common pathway thereby preventing the petitioner's access to his house. The petitioner has given a representation dated 26.03.2025 to the second respondent.

3. We direct the second respondent to take action on the 3/6
