The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8 of POSCO Act r/w 3(1)(xii) of SC & ST Act, seeks a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, Nilgris District to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.3 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

Considering the nature of prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, Nilgris District, there shall be a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, Nilgris District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, strictly on merits and pass appropriate orders.
