Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pursuant to the Letter No.086093/63G.59/G.591/2015-1 dated 29.03.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent quash the same and consequently consider the Request Transfer Application of the petitioner dated 02.01.2015.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner was promoted as Revenue Supervisor vide proceedings of the second respondent dated 25.06.2013. The grievance now expressed by him is that while giving promotion and effecting transfer, the second respondent has failed to take into consideration his own memo No.114124/G11/G111/2001-2 dated 03.01.2002 and in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 16.07.2015 and since no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in similar facts and circumstances, this Court has granted injunction from effecting transfer in violation of the said memo in W.P.No.5238 of 2015, in W.P.No.10061 of 2015 and in W.P.No.15469 of 2015 and prays for appropriate orders.

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.G.B.Saravanabhavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Fakkir Mohideen, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2015 on merits and in accordance with law after taking note of the above stated memo dated 03.01.2002 after putting on notice, the third respondent and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the third respondent.

6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
