This is an application to bring on record the applicants 1 and 2 as the proposed parties as a legal representatives of the deceased second plaintiff. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants submitted that the second plaintiff died on 23.04.2021. But this application was filed only on 28.04.2022. The case against the second plaintiff got abated. However, no application was filed for setting aside the abatement. 3.In response the learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he filed this application along with the application for setting aside the abatement. The Registry directed that because of Covid-19 and exemption granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in respect of the limitation aspect, he was directed to file only this application.

4.This Court finds from the seal of the Court that this application was filed on 22.07.2021 itself. Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the applicants, exemption granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court due to Covid-19 in the matter of limitation, and this is only an application for 1/3

impleading the legal representatives of the deceased second plaintiff and there is no other valid objections, this Court allows this application. The plaintiffs are directed to file a proper amendment petition for amending the plaint. 5.Post the matter after two weeks.
