ORDER

Heard Mr.Vimal B.Crimson, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2014 seeking Legal Heirship Certificate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate would submit that reasonable time may be given to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation. 4.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2014 seeking issuance of Legal Heirship Certificate, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to those persons whose interest is likely to be affected and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
