This petition is filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 27.10.2015.
2.The petitioner lodged a complaint against one Muthu and others on 27.10.2015 stating that on 26.10.2015, the said Muthu, the father-in-law of the petitioner and Sundhara Moorthy and other three members came to the petitioner's premises, threatened and abused the petitioner and his family members in filthy language. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 27.10.2015. Since no action was taken so far, the present petition has been filed.
3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired into and on completion of enquiry, the complaint was closed.
4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed, nothing survives in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the criminal original petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
