ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application is filed to grant four weeks' time to comply with the order dated 07.01.2019, for depositing an amount of Rs.30 lakhs.

2. Paragraph 2 of the order dated 07.01.2019 reads as under: "22. Under these circumstances, we are of the view that both the order passed by DRAT, Chennai, dated 29.12.2017, confirming the order passed by DRT-I, Chennai, dated 03.08.2016 in M.A.No.22 of 2016 in O.A.No.132 of 2015 have to be set aside and accordingly, set aside. The petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the account of O.A.No.132 of 2015, before the DRT-I, Chennai, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such deposit, DRT-I, Chennai, is directed to hear O.A.No.132 of 2015 on merits and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible."

3. Eight weeks' time expired on 04.03.2019. Application itself has been taken out only on 17.05.2019, almost ten weeks later. After the application was taken out, almost six years have passed.
