(CRIME NO.6 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions (6) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.14524/2020 dated 10.03.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 10.03.2021 in Crl.OP.No.14524 of 2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 10.03.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m. All other conditions remain unaltered. -sd/- 03/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
