This revision has been filed seeking a direction to learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2015 as early as possible.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
3. A perusal of the docket order in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2015 reveals that the respondent repeatedly has been seeking time for filing counter. Protraction of proceedings is to be avoided. Accordingly, this Court directs learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
