This petition has been filed for a direction directing the 4th respondent to register the FIR registered on 31.05.2020 filed as against the counter parties.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued CSR.No.331 of 2020. Thereafter, on perusal of the complaint, it is seen that it requires enquiry by the Executive Magistrate, as such, the complaint has been referred before the Tahsildar Panruti, Cuddalore District, for further action on the complaint.

3. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is directed to approach the Tahsildar Panruti, Cuddalore District, for appropriate relief.
