This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been file to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18079 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15410 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 i.e., the petitioner was directed appear before the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight (Monday) at 10.30 a.m., i.e., alternative Mondays.

3.Considering the serious nature of the offence and also considering the fact that the petitioner had been complying the above condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer till date, the condition imposed by this Court dated 19.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.18079 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15410 of 2024 is relaxed.
