The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the appeal against the conviction and sentence passed in Spl.S.C.No.114 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Special Judge for POCSO Cases, Chennai, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2.Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
