PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II of Sangagiri Court at Salem District to conduct the speedy disposal and speedy trial in M.C.No.06/2016 and CMP.No.216/2017. O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II of Sangagiri Court at Salem District to conduct the speedy disposal and speedy trial in M.C.No.06/2016 and CMP.No.216/2017.

2. Heard Mr.S.Ramajayam, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Though, notice has been served and names printed in the cause list, none appears today.

4. By taking into account that the petition in CMP.No.216 of 2017 filed for interim maintenance has been pending for more than one year, It would be appropriate to direct the trial court to expedite the petition seeking Interim direction, as well as the main case. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned judicial Magistrate II Sangagiri to expedite the Trial in M.C.No.6 of 2016 and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. It is further observed here that the trial court shall endeavour to pass final orders in CMP.No.216 of 2017 atleast https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This criminal original petiton is ordered accordingly.
