This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed appellants 3 to 5 herein as legal representative of deceased 1st appellant in the above appeal in A.S.No.500 of 2020.

2. Mr.R.M.Madhanagopal , learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 1st appellant died on 03.07.2020. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.G.S.Vivekmani, learned counsel for respondents appeared and he raised formal objections in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 1st appellant are impleaded as appellants 3 to 5 in the above Appeal.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 16.08.2023. 27.07.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
