ORDER

Heard.

2.This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to implement the order, dated 28.8.2012, passed by the first respondent, within the time frame, as may be fixed by this Court.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the order passed by the second respondent, dated 28.8.2012, had already been implemented. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. He had placed a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 11.1.2016, before this Court, to show that the order of the second respondent, dated 28.8.2012, had been implemented.

In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary, in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
