The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondents for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 IPC and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act (POA) Act, seeks a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.842 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
