ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the order of dismissal passed by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.6670 of 2011 dated 28.11.2011, whereby the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of Cr.PC, for a direction to the Assistant Commissioner of Police to investigate the matter and to file a charge sheet, was dismissed by the Court below.

2.Today, after elaborate argument by both sides, it is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that already a cheque dishonour case is pending between the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 5 before the Fast Tract Court at Egmore in C.C.No.17 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2010 and it would suffice to give a direction to the said Court to dispose of the said case.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed, with a direction to the Fast Tract Court at Egmore to dispose of the case in C.C.No.17 of 2010, as expeditiously as possible.
