The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking education loan amount of Rs.2,07,000/- at the instance of the respondents for the completion of the Bachelor of Pharmacy course of the petitioner based on the loan application submitted by the petitioner dated 29.1.2014.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that certain clarification has been sought for from the petitioner. If the petitioner gives appropriate clarification for the same the application would be processed and appropriate steps would be taken in this regard. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by way of reply submitted that clarification has already been given by the petitioner. In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
