Today, when this writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner has died during the pendency of this writ petition.

However, till date, no steps have been taken by the petitioner's counsel to implead the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as abated.
