O R D E R

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue Kurichchan (ST) community certificate to the petitioner's children, viz., Myvizhikannan and Vijayadharshini, based on the community certificate possessed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner has made an application before the respondent on 15 July 2015, seeking Kurichchan (ST) community certificate to his children. Aggrieved by non-action on the part of the respondent, the petitioner has preferred the instant writ petition seeking the aforestated relief.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that necessary orders will be passed on the petitioner's application dated 15 July 2015 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, it is ordered accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observation. Costs made easy.
