ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID Police Station, Puducherry within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 05.09.2021, no final report has been filed till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that more than 150 investors have been cheated by the accused and that the respondent police have to collect all the materials and thereafter would file the final report as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2021 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
