ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the person and body of the petitioner's daughter G.Thilagavathi aged about 21 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and hand over her custody to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein and set her at liberty, the petitioner has filed the present habeas corpus petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the detenue has married the third respondent and marriage certificate dated 08.11.2018 has also been produced before this Court. Therefore, the detenue is not under the illegal custody of the third respondent.

4.In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
