This application has been filed seeking to restore the suit as against the respondent No.2 / Defendant No.2, by setting aside the order dated 10.04.2024.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant / plaintiff. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the suit dismissed for default as against the respondent No.2 / Defendant No.2 is restored to file.
