Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction, in the nature of Writ, directing the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant (Physics) in the 3rd respondent School with effect from date of initial appointment, by considering the proposal resubmitted by the 3rd respondent School on 06.06.2018 and confer all the consequential benefits to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant (Physics) in the 3rd respondent School with effect from date of initial appointment, by considering the proposal resubmitted by the 3rd respondent School on 06.06.2018 and confer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

all the consequential benefits to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner herein preferred this Writ Petition, from which it appears that the School Authorities already submitted a proposal for appointment of the petitioner and the said proposal is pending with the 2nd respondent.

3. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents. It is seen that there was a proposal submitted by the third respondent school on 06.06.2018 to the second respondent/ District Educational Officer, Thiruvallur to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant (Physics) in the 3rd respondent School with effect from date of initial appointment. Since the said proposal not yet been approved, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. He has also submitted a representation in that regard to the respondents 1 and 2. 4.Accordingly, there shall be an order of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation based on the said proposal, on merits and in accordance with law, and as per the decision of the Honourable Supreme Court governing the matter.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No order as to costs.
