O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is qua the land encroachment in S.V.Palayam Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District, which is classified as Government poromboke passage of village people and cattle to reach and come out of the water tank. The second respondent/Tahsildar found encroachments and issued a letter dated 23.02.2010 to the third respondent with whom the land vested to remove the encroachments.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that nothing has been done till date. No counter affidavit has been filed in this case.

3. We, thus, direct the official respondents to proceed against the encroachment in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned and pass appropriate orders within one month from the date of receipt of this order.

4. The petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS III) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar ATR Copies to;
