This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.6 of 2020 dated 15.10.2020

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.6 of 2020 on 15.10.2020, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of six weeks.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
