O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 18.02.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for removal of wrong entry made in the revenue records as Anadheenam and to restore the property as a patta land.

2. Heard Mr.R.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and also considering the fact that the patta originally stood in the name of the petitioner in Patta 2/4

No.82 and considering the report that has already been submitted by the Tahsildar with a proposal to remove the wrong entry, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 18.02.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
