The Official Liquidator v. M.Murugammal

Comp.A.No.214 of 2022 in C.P.No.279 of 2016 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., Learned Official Liquidator would submit that as per the direction of this Court dated 02.12.2022, the entire amount has been paid by the respondent to the learned Official Liquidator and in terms of the order passed by this Court, upon the receipt of Rs.30,000/-, the learned Official Liquidator sent the original documents to the respondent. However, the same was returned as "Addressee cannot be located". 2.In view of the above, this Court directs the Official Liquidator to keep the original documents in his custody and if the respondent appeared in the person seeking for the original documents, the Official Liquidator after verifying the veracity of the person shall handover the original documents.
