This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 179 days in represent the CMA against the judgment and decree dated 22.08.2022 and made in M.C.O.P.No.128 of 2021 on the file of the Special District Court to deal with MCOP Cases No.I, Thiruvallur.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and perused the records.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 179 days is condoned.
