This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to investigate the case on its file in crime No.334 of 2024

expeditiously and file final report thereon within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that already investigation was completed in crime No.334 of 2024 and filed final report before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur on 29.10.2024. He further submitted that the final report has also been taken cognizance in CC.No.7 of 2025.

3. Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
