ORDER

Though the petitioner has sought for a writ of certiorari to quash the order of suspension, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2015.

2. Heard Mr.T.Ranganathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in the light of above facts and circumstances, directs the petitioner to submit one more https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation to the first respondent by enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken by him to the petitioner. With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
