O R D E R
This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 18.09.2017 issued by the first respondent, which is nothing but seeking for certain details and particulars from the Tahsildar, Sriperumbudhur viz., the second respondent for the purpose of conducting an enquiry in respect of patta transfer request. Certainly, the impugned proceedings is not an order affecting the interest of any parties and on the other hand, it is only an internal communication made between the first and second respondents seeking for certain details as stated supra. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Therefore, the petitioner cannot have any grievance to challenge such proceedings. Thus, I find that the present writ petition is totally misconceived. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, however, by granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the first respondent during the enquiry proceedings. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
