This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed respondents 2 to 5 herein as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent.

2. Mr.N.Sivaprakash, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending appeal, the 1st respondent died on 17.09.2021. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring his legal heirs on record.

3. Mr.D.Gopal, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 6 appeared and submitted that he has filed vakalat on behalf of them and his name may be recorded.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 2 to 6 in the above Second Appeal. 25.08.2022 rpp Note :- Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and also directed to print the name of Mr.D.Gopal, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 6 in the cause list and post the matter on 14.09.2022.
