ORDER

The petitioner is the second defendant in O.S.No.72 of 2006 pending on the file of Principal District Judge, Pondicherry. He has come forward with the Civil Revision Petition for an order directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously and in any event, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Respondents 1 to 3 have entered appearance through counsel. Other respondents have not entered appearance. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that they do not have objection for issuance of a direction for the speedy disposal of the suit.

3. Considering the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal District Judge, Pondicherry is directed to conduct the trial on a day-to-day basis and dispose of the suit expeditiously, in any event within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
