Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents and punish the contemnors / respondents for the willful disobedience of the order of the Court in W.P. O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order dated 21.03.2024 in W.P. No. 1331 of 2021 by the respondents.

2. The respondent has once again issued proceedings dated 18.11.2025, by reiterating the position of not enhancing the remuneration paid to the Guest Lecturers. By considering the views expressed by this Court in various order, including the order dated 22.10.2025, it is noted that this Court cannot interfere in the policy decisions of the Government, 2/6

and it has only a limited persuasive advice.
