(CR.NO.985 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to relax the condition imposed i.e said condition that the petitioner's shall report before the Respondent police station on every Monday at 10.30 until further orders in Crl.M.P.NO.4370 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2060 of 2020 dated 04.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4370 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2060 of 2022 on 04.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation in this case is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court does not finds any merit in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dimissed.
