Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's No.1 factory at M/s.M.P.Shan Tex, situated at Plot No.E-6 F-20 & G-10, Sipcot Industrial Growth Centre, P.V.Palayam Post, Perundurai-638 052 by effectively preventing the respondents 2 to 6 and their associates so as to enable the petitioner to run the industry with the workers willing to work, for the ingress and egress of material and to remove the transport the finished products, materials, from the petitioner's premises.

ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's No.1 factory at at M/s.M.P.Shan Tex, situated at Plot No.E-6 F-20 & G-10, Sipcot Industrial Growth Centre, P.V.Palayam Post, Perundurai-638 052 by effectively preventing the respondents 2 to 6 and their associates so as to enable the petitioner to run the industry. 2.The complaint against the respondents 2 to 6 was filed by the writ petitioner in the year 2015, more than 2 1⁄2 years lapsed, and therefore, the relief as such sought for in this writ petition deserves no further consideration. However, if any grievance exist for the writ petitioner, then the writ petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate action in the manner known to law.

3.With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
